1. Who we are

Dental Office Management Suite ("we", "us") provides inventory, reminders, and vendor management software for dental practices. Dental practices that subscribe to the service ("Offices") invite their own staff members as users. We process personal information as described below. This policy applies to the website and application operated at DentOfficeManager.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account information. Name, email address, and role, provided when an account is created or when an Office invites you.
• Office content. Inventory items, orders, vendors, reminder tasks, uploaded documents, and office settings that you or your Office enter into the app.
• Billing information. Billing name and email. Card details are collected and processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data. Log data, device and browser information, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the service.
• Support communications. Messages you send to us when requesting help.

3. How we use information

• To provide the service: storing your office's records, sending reminder notifications, and processing orders.
• To manage accounts, authentication, invitations, and access controls.
• To process subscription payments, renewals, and refunds.
• To communicate service updates, trial notices, and billing notices.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Sharing

We share personal information only with: service providers that host the application, send email on our behalf, and process payments (each bound by contract to use the data only for our services); your Office, which controls the records its staff create; and authorities where required by law.

5. Retention and security

We keep account and billing records for as long as your Office subscribes, and office content until the Office deletes it or its subscription ends, after which records are deleted within a reasonable period. We protect data in transit and at rest with encryption and access controls, including role-based access and office-level data isolation between practices.

6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; access a copy of it; correct inaccurate information; delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions; and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so no "Do Not Sell or Share" control is required. Exercising these rights will not result in discriminatory treatment.

7. Children

The service is intended for business users in dental practices and is not directed to children under 16.
